Shipping
Prints are only available for pre-orders.
We print our orders every two weeks.
The shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
All of our shipments can be tracked with our shipping partners.
Delivery times
NETHERLANDS
We ship with PostNL - 2 to 5 working days after being dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to your order. There can be some delays due to the Corona Virus.
EUROPEAN UNION
We ship with PostNL - 2 to 7 working days after being dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to your order.
REST OF THE WORLD
We ship with PostNL - 1 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on your location, you will receive a tracking link to your order.
Please also include a telephone number on International orders, as local couriers may need to contact you.
If you are purchasing from out of the EU, you may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges. Local custom fees and charges are not included in the shipping costs paid to We Smell The Rain.
We do not take responsibility for delays that are out of our control eg. custom delays.
We cannot be responsible for packages not being delivered due to incorrect address details.

Returns & faulty items
We do not offer any returns. If your product is damaged or mishandled during the transportation, please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them together with other relevant information about the claim to info@wesmelltherain.com. We will then raise your case with the shipping partner for a refund. Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.
